Occupying a significant 1.5 acre site in the city centre, the redevelopment of the former Charles Street Police Station in Leicester offered an opportunity to rejuvenate the wider area. The project brief included upgrading and extending an existing listed building, adding an extension and a new office and residential block to provide high quality office space and housing.

Self-initiated studio build project in central London. Design extrapolates agricultural typologies for a contemporary structure, paying homage to the history of the site, and Waterloo city farm with whom we share the plot.

A new ‘Eleventh Church of Christ, Scientist London’ with 60 seat auditorium, ‘Reading Room’/bookshop, Sunday school and supporting areas, as well as separate rental offices above; by converting and expanding a dilapidated former pub in the King’s Cross conservation area.
We were appointed Architect, Interior Designer, Project Manager and Contract Administrator.

BAFTA Headquarters
Comprehensive improvements and expansion to the British Academy of Film and Television Arts grade II listed headquarters at 195 Piccadilly. Our Strategic Improvements Masterplan focuses on robust flexibility with options for phasing.
Proposals enhance BAFTA’s identity as an international centre of excellence for the motion picture arts, and balance members’ needs with extra revenue generation to ensure long-term financial sustainability for the charity.
Fallahogey Studio
An exemplary example of high quality design within a rural setting, Fallahogey Studio nestles sunken within the agrarian landscape of Northern Ireland, providing an architectural studio for the practice McGarry-Moon Architects. Designed to compliment the rural surroundings, the building is informed by shapes and materials prevalent within the locale. The project demonstrates the benefits of investing in good design through attracting new clientele and increasing revenue for the business, while providing an uplifting environment for staff, improving wellbeing and productivity.
