At Unit One Architects, we believe in regeneration as a tool for social cohesion and design as a medium that can make a lasting contribution to spaces, places and people’s lives. We work with Housing Associations, public bodies and private developers in order to assist our clients in turning underused sites into successful regeneration projects that have material character and create a sense of place for new residents.

We consult with key stakeholders in order to analyse & refine a brief. We use negotiation as a key tool to work with planning officers and local authority teams in order to deliver approve-able solutions for local communities. A specialism in backland and infill sites allows Unit One Architects to advise on the best ways to design, develop and deliver residential & community led schemes on disused commercial land.

Within Unit One Architects our development experience in terms of analysing budgets, running financial feasibility assessments and plotting development programme's provides essential project management experience that informs my role as an Architect and allows for a holistic approach to the procurement and delivery of buildings.
