The Echoes is the first development of an ambitious new programme of council housing within Thurrock. Located in Grays and comprising 53 new homes and a new community centre, the development has established a benchmark of quality for new homes in the local area and helped to stimulate regeneration in the town. The former garage site has been transformed with three blocks that re-establish a street-fronting townscape characterised by undulating roofs and triangular balconies.The new building forms a new street frontage to Seabrooke Rise
