Cardinal House is a Grade II Listed building on Lymington High Street, leased by Café Nero, which has been the subject of numerous planning applications and appeals in the past.
PAD studio’s contemporary insertion provides a number of important functions in order to ensure the future use and preservation of the listed building. The development floods the interior of Café Nero with natural light, increasing the floor area and providing access to a sunny rear courtyard.
