The Cooperage
Believed to have built in the early 1900s, this former brewery cooperage on a tight site in Central London had already been in residential use since the 1990s. CDA were invited to prepare a scheme for the extension and complete renovation of the property.
New Covent Garden Market
New Covent Garden Market is the largest wholesale fruit, vegetable and flower market in the UK. The site is currently undergoing a complete redevelopment including a wide mix of uses. Part of this masterplan is the Food Exchange building which aims to provide office space for SME’s in the food industry.

11th Church of Christ, Scientist
A new ‘Eleventh Church of Christ, Scientist London’ with 60 seat auditorium, ‘Reading Room’/bookshop, Sunday school and supporting areas, as well as separate rental offices above; by converting and expanding a dilapidated former pub in the King’s Cross conservation area.
We were appointed Architect, Interior Designer, Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
