We first met the owners Alex and Catherine in May 2014, having been recommended by a previous client. They brought to us their elegant wreck: an enormous, 8-bedroom Edwardian villa that had previously been the home of a multi-generational family. Before that it had been bedsits. All told, we were presented with the aftermath of 30+ years of neglect and disinterest. The utter magnitude of the place meant that even basic renovations were going to cost a small fortune.

Lincoln Road is our latest project in the "county roads" of East Finchley. Following a visit to our Durham Road project while it was under construction, the homeowners Ed and Elena signed us up to help renovate and extend what was perhaps the last unloved house in the neighbourhood.
HUGO ROAD
SIDE AND LOFT EXTENSION
A beautiful, locally listed, end of terrace house in at the Tufnell Park Conservation Area that was starting to feel a bit crowded.
Having just had their third child, the owners asked us to help them with a fundamental re-think of how the house could work for them: how they could get a bit more space, and how they could reorganise the space they have to suit the bigger family.

Set in the centre of Primrose Hill Village on a private street overlooking the park, this beautiful garden apartment was found completely unmodernised - having been in the same hands for over 50 years.

The renovation and extension of a Victorian industrial building to create a single-family residence above an existing art gallery, on one of central-east London's busy street markets.

Following a recommendation from Barnet Council Planning Department, we were chosen by the homeowners to lead this fantastic kitchen extension project.
RIPPLEVALE GROVE
Working as executive architect for Paris based design architects Lia Kiladis + Christine Ilex Beinemeier, this project had us overseeing the renovation and extension of a lovely little Georgian house in central Islington through from RIBA Stage E (Technical Design), to Tender and Construction.
