FLIP
The ground floor flat has been extended to full width of the plot.
The internal arrangement has been flipped, creating much improved living space at the back of the property
opening up to the garden with two creatively designed double bedrooms to the front providing essential storage. The new extension has been expressed with a folded skylight, creating a bright and light addition.
VIEW THROUGH
The substantial property has been carefully reconfigured to reconnect living spaces on the ground floor and improve accommodation on the first floor. An extension to the ground floor and part of the first floor rationalised a series of previous extensions. A key design driver was to give clarity and openness to the living spaces, connecting views from the front through the whole house to the garden. Price Parizi delivered the project from concept through planning to completion, meeting the clients program and budget.
