Mons Cheesemongers
Mons Cheesemongers is located on Lordship Lane, a prominent food destination in South East London. Mons import traditionally made cheeses from France & Switzerland, ripened in the cellars at St Haon le Chatel. Fraher focused on the internal spacial layout and shop front. The design approach utilizes sympathetic materials which reflect traditional maturing rooms.
Spiritland
Situated in a double ground floor unit within the listed Granary Building in Kings Cross, Fraher have completed this project in collaboration with Spiritland.
Spiritland is a new music brand founded in London, built around excellence in culture, curation and listening. A unique hi-fidelity, hand-built sound system delivers an unparalleled audio experience with a cultural and musical programme to match. Spiritland re-frames the bar and listening experience, delivering drinking, dining, socializing and musical enjoyment in a relaxed setting.
The Etch House
The Etch House re-examines the layout of the traditional Victorian terrace house. A modern floor plan sits within the old house walls, hidden behind the retained street elevation.
The Ladder Kitchen
The owners of this large detached Victorian House, wanted us to work on designs for the building that would open up the internal rooms to provide large entertaining spaces. The property is located in a conservation area and had been divided into 3 flats previously. The clients wished to re-instate the property as a single family home.
Fan House
The brief was to maximise the space internally, whilst providing a loft and rear extension to increase the footprint of the building.
Pier House
A handsome period house situated in South West London, Pier House benefited from a wide plan maximised from a single storey side return and rear extension.
The Cooks Kitchen
The Cook's Kitchen project involved the lower ground
floor refurbishment and rear extension to a flat in
North West London.
The Jewell Box
Intended for a reputable silversmith and QC the Jewel Box brief called for complete renovation and extension to provide a dining area and garden room. This Grade II listed building is located in the prominent Colebrook row conservation area.
Pommery Champagne bar, Park Lane
The client approached us asking to deliver concept ideas for the refurbishment and re-modelling of the Pommery Champagne Bar in the Park Lane Hilton.
Quality Chop Shop
Fraher Architects worked on the design proposals for the counter space, produce display and lighting arrangement for the food shop and butchers. Fraher and Co completed the fabrication and installation of the joinery.
The Green Studio
Sited opposite the Butterfly House, The Green Studio is a garden based creative home work space for our Architectural Practice. Situated in South East of London the building was driven by the directors need to balance a young family with an increasing workload.
The Lantern
