A small, crisp side extension and full refurbishment to a basement flat with a courtyard, incorporating a large pivot door, porcelain cladding and new landscaping to the rear garden.
The Bevel Extension is a crisp and modern insertion clad in dark porcelain, with minimal framed glazing and a courtyard to the main house. The interior features a complete refurbishment with bespoke joinery, kitchen and bathrooms.
The courtyard allowed us to retain the second bedroom with light and views through the new extension to the garden. A restrained palette of materials flows through the apartment and the garden was re-landscaped to relate to the geometry of the new extension and bring more light into the lower ground floor property.
