London’s Heathrow Airport is a major international hub and is the busiest in the UK. This customer lounge has undergone a significant refurbishment to ensure that passengers are offered a luxury travel experience, whether flying for business or leisure.
SDA were asked to design proposals for the main lounge and bar area, first class and VIP lounges, the kitchen, offices and restroom facilities. The modifications enabled the capacity of the lounge to be increased from 115 to 152.
