Amos Goldreich Architecture has completed the first European flagship studio for the American company and fitness concept, Xtend Barre. Located on Marylebone High Street in Central London, the new studio has captured the client’s vision to deliver dynamic, Pilates and ballet fusion training in a light and tranquil space.
Designed by Mewes and Davis and completed in 1911, The Royal Automobile Club is one of the premier gentleman’s clubs of London, attracting grade 2* listing for architectural quality and interior grandeur.
Situated in a double ground floor unit within the listed Granary Building in Kings Cross, Fraher have completed this project in collaboration with Spiritland.
Spiritland is a new music brand founded in London, built around excellence in culture, curation and listening. A unique hi-fidelity, hand-built sound system delivers an unparalleled audio experience with a cultural and musical programme to match. Spiritland re-frames the bar and listening experience, delivering drinking, dining, socializing and musical enjoyment in a relaxed setting.
PAD studio was appointed to complete a series of conversions on this well-known Georgian farm into luxury ‘farm-stay’ holiday accommodation, ensuring the long-term viability of this award winning organic farm. Farming operations will continue, housed in several other buildings on the site.
PARKdesigned were appointed by Eric F. Box to create a contemporary extension to their existing bereavement home in Dewsbury. The brief for the project was “to create additional function space and a new entrance that is modern but also sensitive to the existing use”.
