The Hub, is a Myplace funded youth-led ClubHouse in Enfield, London. It is a project for young people 13 to 19. The Hub's new building is a remodelled and re-clad existing two storey youth club with a large new two storey extension.
PAD studio was appointed to complete a series of conversions on this well-known Georgian farm into luxury ‘farm-stay’ holiday accommodation, ensuring the long-term viability of this award winning organic farm. Farming operations will continue, housed in several other buildings on the site.
Amos Goldreich Architecture has completed the first European flagship studio for the American company and fitness concept, Xtend Barre. Located on Marylebone High Street in Central London, the new studio has captured the client’s vision to deliver dynamic, Pilates and ballet fusion training in a light and tranquil space.
The site occupies a corner position at the junction of Stockbridge Road and Stoney Lane, where a former petrol station and car showroom have made way for a new mixed use development including a foodstore, a twelve consultant medical practice, four individual shop units, seven residential units and parking for 191 cars.
New coffee shop and delicatessen for Benugo at London Luton Airport. The design approach recreates the sense of style and comfort associated with the golden age of travel whilst borrowing from the visual language of airport environments through the choice of materials, floor markings and exposed structures.

The Big Bothy is the nickname given to our design for the 400sqm hub building, forming a central part of a wider boutique hotel development on the outskirts of the town of Portree, Isle of Skye.
The term ‘Bothy’ is a traditional Scottish word, historically used to describe the small cottages found dotted across the rocky landscapes of the Highlands which served as both stores for farm labourers and short-term refuges for travellers seeking respite from the harsh winter climate of Northern Scotland.
