Two existing buildings on a site in the district of Holon were completely reorganised and refurbished to house the new facilities of the company. The two building were over-cladded with aluminium panels with a pattern of different shades of grey. The internal layout strategy allowed for both cellular and open plan offices and at the same time it enhance the experience of guest and users of the building avoiding corridors.

The Zig Zag Building replaces a 1950s office block with exemplary new office space. Colonnades at various scales indicate and define the entrances to the various different types of accommodation housed within the broader scope of our project e.g. offices, housing, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Situated between a cathedral and a town hall on Victoria Street, the design seeks to mediate between these two in terms of size and scale and to establish a credible and pleasurable urban spatial order connecting together the grain of this part of Westminster. Contemporary 2-storey brick extension to provide additional office space for a Grade II Listed Crematorium, drawing on the inspiration of the surrounding buildings and using geometric symbology and contrasting brick motifs to form a contemporary addition to a heritage site.

Tucked amongst the quiet lanes of Hammersmith, our refurbishment has transformed this mews into a playfully considered office space for landscape architect Marcus Barnett and his team. With this, we created a sequence of spaces that both reflect the company’s personality and suit the team’s pragmatic needs, while retaining the building’s character.
