2. Collecting Your Data

2.1 When you register as a client on our website we will collect details of your name, email address, geographical address and telephone number. We will also collect any other personal data included in the project requirements you provide to us.

2.2 When you register as an architect on our website, we will collect details of your name, email address, geographical address, telephone number, relevant certifications and experience, together with all additional information you upload to your profile.

2.3 All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate and you must not register under someone else's name. We may ask you at any time to supply appropriate documentary evidence of your identification and on receipt of such a request, you shall promptly provide to us such evidence.

3. Use of your personal data

3.1 We may use your personal data to (a) in accordance with the Terms of Use [LINK TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE], and accordingly, as an architect, you agree that your personal data is accessible by all users of our website; (b) customise, measure and improve our services, content and advertising; (c) better understand our users, diagnose and fix problems with out website; and (d) on an anonymous basis, for research purposes and for our general business purposes.

9. Cookies
