2014Two-tower residential scheme with triple aspect views and sky gardens.
In order to maximise values for the developer, this 400 unit, two-tower residential scheme seeks to maximise the private market housing provision. Both towers exploit the desirable west-facing views as much as possible by being orientated diagonally, while ensuring that units in each block do not directly face each other to mitigate proximity issues. In addition to panoramic triple aspect views, the way in which the duplex apartments stack in pairs over 3 floors allows us to incorporate significant garden spaces in a unique manner.
