2016This beautiful grade II listed property in Hampstead Garden Suburb's was completely refurbished internally and externally. The building was in a poor condition and needed to be fully re plumbed and re wired to comply with modern building regulations. The repair work to the external areas had to be carried out carefully and coordinated with the local planners, Barnet and the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust. We held several meetings with all parties to establish the correct palette of materials.
