2016Situated a stone’s throw from the south coast, our design Gail’s Bakery utilises simple, honest detailing and raw materials to celebrate the stripped back interior at this prominent location.
Situated a stone’s throw from the south coast, our design Gail’s Bakery utilises simple, honest detailing and raw materials to celebrate the stripped back interior at this prominent location.
A white terrazzo surface sits atop reclaimed granite slabs to form the main counter, complemented by a bespoke display table in English oak. Humble materials, celebrated through innovative details.
Upstairs the theme of reuse continues with a large trestle table in the same language as the main counter, surrounded by chairs from Sitting Firm. Again the walls have been stripped back to bare brick, and the original floorboards revealed.
