Following some uninspiring visits by other architects, our client approached us with a brief to maximise and modernise their available living space. We spent extensive time listening to their requirements and chipped in with ideas before being commissioned to create a large two storey extension with the benefit of a large corner bi-fold to bring the outside in.
Drawing natural light into the central stairwell through a junction with the new roof ensured that a light-filled space was created with vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms and en-suite to add to the drama and that all-important feeling of extra space.
