This project is for one of the refurbishment of 21 studio flats in a Victorian terrace house in Knightsbridge.

The flats are all different from each other in terms of layout and constraints, but they all have in common the small amount of space available (between 20-30 sqm).

This constraint represents the most interesting challenge of the project, as the high cost of properties and the lack of space are some of the main issues in London.
?
To tackle this problem, the conceptual approach is to maximise the efficiency of the space, by taking advantage of the existing high ceilings and through the use of compact and flexible joinery.
