Cost effective home extension.

Longlisted for the NLA's 'Don't Move Improve' award this side and rear extension has a long kitchen, large roof lights exposed brick and steel, sliding-pivot doors, and a number of key details all for a budget of £65k. This had to be a cost-effective extension as the budget was very restricted. We turned many existing structures into features, our client was open minded with our suggestions and the result of these minimal yet thoughtful adjustments was an extension with a huge amount of character.
