Completed 2015A stylish re-invention of the bungalow
In response to an acute need for affordable homes for people over 60 years of age Greenwich obtained funding to construct new dwellings on small underutilised sites across the borough. Our prototype house design can be arranged in alternative layouts on different sites. A distinctive monopitch roof incorporating extensive glazing provides an outstanding quality of height, space and light creating attractive, desirable homes.
