Ash Sakula’s competition-winning Eco-town Terrace of three prototype social rented homes were completed in the eco-town of Whitehill and Bordon in 2015.

The homes achieve CfSH Level 6. Each has a highly insulated core, supplemented by a large glasshouse entrance porch. There is a private, enclosed patio garden to the front of each home, and they share a communal rear garden and a refuse and recycling station.

The simple, economical, zero carbon, zero energy homes feature user-centred design to encourage residents to adopt eco-friendly lifestyles.
