Ethos

We don't have a house style.
We don't do bland or formulaic.
We don't make assumptions.

SODA approach each and every project with fresh ideas and new perspectives. We push boundaries and rouse ambition; working with people who inspire, on projects that excite.
From a liqueur distillery in London's East End to a new hotel concept for creatives; a contemporary take on a Soho member's club to the careful refurbishment of London's listed landmarks. Working across scales and sectors, we aspire for all our designs to enthuse and provoke.

We collaborate to support visionary and entrepreneurial spirit, with a design approach that brings brands to life. A meticulous eye for detail, a passion for materials and above all a drive to create. We translate big ideas into beautifully crafted spaces, identities and places.

76 Dean Street and 5 Richmond Mews

We restored and refurbished this Grade II listed town house after it had been gutted by fire and left derelict, to create a new members club venue for Soho House.

SODA

Copperfields

We have reinvented 15,000 sqft of underutilised commercial space in Dartford’s town centre to create 13 contemporary, timber-clad apartments in a development that has revived and redefined the previously, underutilised public realm.

SODA

Green Rooms

We worked with art entrepreneur Nick Hartwright to turn this prominent Art Deco building in north London into the UK’s first social enterprise hotel.

Kettner's Townhouse

In a major expansion and overhaul of their original West End site, we are upgrading an entire block of 15 Georgian townhouses, including 11 listed buildings and two of merit, for Soho House & Soho Estates – adding a contemporary architectural pavilion in the site’s central courtyard.

SODA

Soho Rooftops

This project will see three adjacent buildings on a vibrant corner of Soho remodelled to create new restaurant and retail space at ground level, upgraded workspaces across four floors and an additional sculptural rooftop level.

SODA

Sweetdram

We transformed this industrial print works in east London into the headquarters for Sweetdram – a modern liqueur collective – to cater for its fast growing UK and international market.

Walker's Court

Our plans for the major redevelopment of Walker’s Court will turn this tired area of Soho into a dynamic series of spaces that embody both the theatrical nature of the site and the local history of the conservation area.
