This is a 500m2 (5,400ft2) new-build house that involved complete demolition of two terraced houses within an early Victorian terrace within a Conservation Area.
This 49 sq.m. apartment was carved from the unmodernised first floor of a six storey Mid-Victorian white stucco terrace (originally built in 1860) in central London.
This apartment is a Grade 2 listed former ballroom. The ceilings are 4.7 metres high allowing space for a mezzanine down one side. Total area is 180sq.m.
