Cost: £100k - £500kA split level office space has been converted to residential use under Permitted Development. The unit has been split into a ground floor studio flat and a first floor one-bed unit with mezzanine, both with their own front door.
To make the most of the roof space the mezzanine design is a super thin 100mm thick steel and plywood construction. A restrained monochrome material palette is used throughout.
